Scout Hall

Scout Hall is the troop's dedicated meeting and storage space. We have the entire building to ourselves. This provides many benefits.

• We store our troop gear there. This is more convenient than storing gear at people's houses. When we return from a campout, particularly after a rainy weekend, we can just lay out our gear inside and it is dry and ready to stow away by the following Thursday's weekly meeting.
• We have a private space for boards of review and adult meetings, private even from other troop members.
• There is sufficient space inside for meetings during inclement weather.
• We can hang items on the walls such as memorabilia, photos, patrol flags, etc. Because of our long and proud history, we have pictures as far back as the 1950's hanging on our walls.
• We have our own rack of Merit Badge books.
• We have our own dedicated parking spaces.

Our sponsor, the Church of God at Gambrills, conveniently located next door to Scout Hall, permits us to use their spaces for outdoor activities and for Eagle Scout Courts of Honor.
